CalREN 2026 Forum: Energy Efficiency as an Affordability Resource

Registration is open for the CalREN 2026 Forum on Wednesday, July 29 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM PT.

This is your opportunity to join energy experts, community leaders, and other key stakeholders from across California to discuss energy efficiency as an affordability resource. The Forum will feature key updates from the state's regional energy networks alongside a dynamic panel of efficiency experts and diverse community voices. Together, they will share insights into how local energy programs lower costs and boost resilience in California communities.

Forum Agenda: What to Expect

  • Focus on affordability: Hear directly from California’s regional energy networks about how they are creating meaningful, measurable impacts in the communities they serve. We will explore how RENs bridge the gap between state climate goals and local economic relief, transforming holistic energy programs into utility bill savings for everyday Californians.

  • Diverse panelists: Our panel brings together the vital perspectives of local government leaders, energy efficiency experts, and community advocates. Together, they will share insights on how energy efficiency programs support California's underserved and hard-to-reach ratepayers.

  • Breakout rooms: We are bringing back our interactive breakout sessions—a standout feature of the CalREN forum. These breakout rooms offer an informal, collaborative space to network, share best practices, and dive deep into actionable solutions with fellow energy industry stakeholders.
